Personalised Pilates, tailored to you
Our Sessions
Personalised Pilates sessions designed around you
At I Am Pilates, we offer 55-minute personalised sessions focused on building strength, improving mobility and supporting long-term physical health.
Each session combines classical Pilates with contemporary techniques and a modern understanding of biomechanics and physiotherapy, creating a balanced and effective approach to movement.
Working in a private or small-group setting (maximum 3–4 clients), we ensure every session remains tailored, focused and highly effective, with close guidance throughout.
Initial Consultation 1:1
New to Pilates? This is the perfect place to start.
We recommend all new clients begin with an initial consultation. This session allows us to understand your goals, medical history and movement patterns, so we can design a program tailored specifically to you.
It is also a great opportunity to become familiar with the equipment and learn the fundamentals of Pilates in a safe and supportive environment.
Semi-Private Session (Small Group)
A small-group session that remains personalised and focused.
With a maximum of 3–4 clients, each participant follows their own tailored program while benefiting from the energy of a group setting.
These sessions are ideal for those looking for a balance between individual attention and a dynamic, engaging environment.
Duet Session 2:1
Train with a partner while still receiving personalised guidance.
Duet sessions are ideal for friends or family members who want to share the experience while working towards their individual goals with dedicated instructor support.
Private Session 1:1
A fully personalised, one-on-one experience.
Private sessions allow for complete focus on your individual needs, whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, recovering from injury or refining movement.
Each session is designed to challenge and support you at the right level, ensuring safe and effective progress over time.
WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a method of exercise designed to improve strength, mobility, posture and body awareness.
It focuses on controlled movement, efficient breathing and proper muscle activation, helping to correct imbalances, improve coordination and build strength in a safe and effective way.
Using specialised equipment such as the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac and Barrel — along with small accessories — Pilates offers a well-rounded approach to both injury prevention and overall physical conditioning.
Whether you are recovering from injury, improving posture or simply looking to move and feel better, Pilates provides a thoughtful and effective approach to movement.
